The project is implemented through the ministerial committee formed by the Ministers Cabinet at the end of the year (2021), consisting of the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Ministry of Labor, and the National Commission for Vocational and Technical Education and Training. The committee will work on reviewing the zero-draft document of the Palestinian National Qualifications Framework (2013) and proposing the new model for the Palestinian qualifications system for approval, and starting work on it, as it will be the main tool in determining professional levels, comparing qualifications and their equivalence, and regional and international recognition and organizing the labor market. The committee works closely with the National Commissionin coordination with the German Technical Cooperation (GIZ) and the European Training Foundation (ETF). Additionally, the results of the National Qualifications Survey study and the review of the first part of the National Qualifications Framework document have been discussed.
