Promotion of Technical and Vocational and Training (TVET)/ Promotion of employability of Palestinian Youth in the Palestinian territory 

This project aims to uplift the TVET sector to meet the labor market's needs. It provides support for the infrastructure of all government TVET training institutions. It also contributes to the establishment of Nablus University for Vocational and Technical Education. The agreement was signed in the presence and under the auspices of the Prime Minister on November 17, 2022. The support is valued at 22 million euros and aligns with the Palestinian national priorities related to employment support and vocational and technical education and training in Palestine.

• German Funding to Enhance the Vocational and Technical Education and Training Sector (TIME Fund): This project enhances the financial arm of the Commission and funds the TVET sector in Palestine. It supports the infrastructure development of this sector, including the construction of vocational and technical training centers, schools, and technical colleges, as well as providing necessary technical equipment to empower youth to enter the job market and introduce future-required specializations.
• Support the Establishment of Nablus University for Vocational and Technical Education: Eight million euros have been allocated for building educational facilities and developing programs and training curricula specific to Nablus University.
