-Sectoral Skills Councils:

The Renewable Energy Sector Skills Council (RSSC) has been selected as an initial model. The draft strategy for the council has been prepared, and work is ongoing to formulate its legal framework in full cooperation with the labor market. There will be a scientific approach to training in this sector, and the curricula for the renewable energy sector will be developed. Other sectoral skills councils will be established based on this model in the future.

Committees

There are specialized committees in various fields of work such as: 

1- General Budget Committees: Including two committees:

• A committee in the Administrative Program and a committee in the Technical and Vocational Education and Training program
• Working committee in preparing the organigram and job descriptions.

2- Committees specialized in Sector Skills Councils 

Currently, there is work being done for a specialized committee in the energy sector.

3- Thematic Working Committees. 

Including: 

1. Private Public Dialogue (PPD) - Relationship with the private sector. In this field, a dialogue has been initiated with both the public and private sectors to enhance and support relationships between partners and technical and vocational education and training institutions from the private sector to develop training programs and curricula based on current and future labor market requirements.
2. Strategic Priorities (SP): 

- Identifying priorities within the strategic plan. 

- Identifying initiatives in line with global trends and best practices. 

- Developing an implementation plan, priorities, and initiatives. 

- Implementing a pilot model and disseminating it in technical and vocational education and training institutions. 

- A specialized working committee in preparing the strategic plan for the National Technical and Vocational Education and Training Commission for the years 2025-2030.
