This aims to provide technical consultations in various areas, including:

• Turin Report: A comprehensive national report on the state of technical and vocational education and training in the countries of the Mediterranean basin. The report focuses on the most important trends, initiatives, and programs in the vocational and technical education and training system to ensure the engagement of targeted groups, especially marginalized and unemployed individuals. It aims to monitor lifelong learning in Palestine and enhance governance, institutionalization, application, and practice in TVET institutions. The report provides indicators on enrollment rates in technical and vocational education, indicators of lifelong learning, and the participation rate of women and people with special needs.
