The commission works on enhancing the efficiency of employees in vocational and technical education and training institutions in various training fields, whether on a technical or administrative level, in addition to monitoring vocational training programs for trainees in various vocational training fields in line with the labor market needs, in cooperation with partners.

The commission works on preparing skilled workforce and providing them with the required skills in the labor market, in addition to developing skills and aligning the outputs of vocational and technical education and training with the needs of the labor market, leading to the employment of youth and achieving economic and social development.
