The Commission participated through the European Training Foundation (ETF) in an experts’ workshop entitled "Perspectives on Flexibility and Human Capital." The workshop took place over two days in Turin, Italy, focusing on "knowledge about flexibility, resilience, and governance," discussing the impact of policies on education and lifelong learning systems and the effects of policy on the European Training Foundation and cooperation with partner countries.

The Commission, represented by Mr. Emad Salem, participated in a special meeting on youth employment in the South of the Mediterranean Sea. The Commission will follow up on future meetings and workshops, including any resulting recommendations.
Dr. Ziad Jweiles, the President of the Commission, participated with representatives of the Palestinian government in joint meetings with the German side to discuss ways of cooperation and enhance German support for the TVET sector.
