Jweiles discusses cooperation with a high-level delegation from KFW to develop the TVET sector

The President of the Commission, Dr. Ziad Jweiles, discussed today with the project manager at the German Development Bank (KFW) in Jordan, Palestine, and Yemen, Mr. Jan Feiglmann, and the project manager at the bank, Mr. Hans Rieck, and the program coordinator in Ramallah, Engineer Fidaa Abdul Latif, German support for the Commission and its projects and programs, within the project funded by the bank to support the TVET sector.

During the meeting, Dr. Jweiles emphasized that what the Commission offers is in line with the decision to establish the Commission, which imposes great responsibilities on it to develop this vital and important sector.

Dr. Jweiles stressed the importance of the meeting in continuing joint cooperation to develop the TVET sector, enhance institutional work, and support and empower the Commission to fulfill its entrusted role in improving and sustainably developing the sector.

Dr. Jweiles praised the role of the German side and the German Development Bank (KFW) and all partners in supporting the vocational and technical education and training system.

In turn, Mr. Feiglmann praised the Commission and its work and achievements in working to develop the vocational and technical education sector, and enhancing its outputs to serve the youth in Palestine.
